NuPhy Air75 - a keyboard that’s as flexible as it is beautiful

NuPhy’s Air75 is an ultra–slim wireless mechanical keyboard that is available with a choice of red, blue, or brown Gateron switches, each with its own unique amount of click and travel. It uses ultra–thin spherical keycaps for a very pleasurable typing experience and the company has redesigned the aluminium manufacturing process to enable it to hide the switches under the keyboard’s frame, unlike many others where a gap is visible.

The keycaps are color coded, which looks great and is helpful in everyday use for navigation. Each key is hot–swappable and both Mac and Windows–specific keys are provided along with three extra keycaps and switches and a tool for replacing them. The keyboard also works with iOS and Android.

Charging over USB–C, it has a 2500mAh battery offering up to 48 hours of constant use, which equates to a week or so between charges. This drops a little if you use the multicolored backlighting which looks fantastic, and there are 21 color effects that you can choose from using key combinations. A neat battery indicator is incorporated into the right hand edge. You can pair and store up to four devices and the 2.4GHz wireless option provides a very low latency connection if speed is critical.

The folding case is an optional extra but a worthwhile one, since not only is it of high quality — but also folds to hold a tablet and a smartphone, making a useful solution for typing. The Air75 is a beautifully–built, flexible, and highly portable keyboard that's a total joy to type on.
